Refund / Exchange Policy
At Tallow’s Bloom, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please email us at tallowsbloom@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Returns are welcome within 14 days for unopened items in their original condition. As our products are made fresh and naturally, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, simply let us know within 7 days with photos so we can help promptly. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is covered by the customer unless we made an error or the product is faulty.
