Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Tallow’s Bloom products. If you need to arrange a return, please contact us at tallowsbloom@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition. Due to the nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are faulty.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please email us with details and photos within 7 days of receiving it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is at the customer’s expense unless we made an error or the product is faulty.
